When is pay-day?

Pay-day is every Tuesday, $100 minimum for Epassporte and stormpay, or $1000 minimum for wires.  Any amount that does not reach the minimum will be carried over until the amount is reached.  If you require payment, but have not reached the minimum, you must email us before pay-day.

How much do I get paid?

You will earn 30% of the total order value including shipping, also you will get credited for all future orders of the customer.  You will also make 10% of what your affiliate referrals make.

How do you track customers?

Our advanced tracking system insures you will get credited for every surfer you send.  We use both hard coding and cookie tracking.  If our script cant find a affiliate ID attached to the URL, it will then search the surfers computer for a cookie.

Do you ship world wide?

The merchants using genbucks services decide the locations to which they deliver.  We are an affiliate management company and hence you would need to directly ask the concerned merchant about the shipping details.

You must read, agree to, and accept the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement before you may participate in our affiliate program.

Spam

We do not accept any traffic from spam, this includes unsolicited bulk emailing, and IM spamming (icq etc.).  Any affiliate spamming will be cancelled and all earnings will be revoked.  Please contact us with details before and wait our approval before sending any optin campaigns.

Payment

GENBUCKS  will send payment via, Epassporte, Stormpay or wire for the applicable commissions every Tuesday, with no holdback (except for orders that pending fraud reviews). Please email us your wire information if necessary. Minimum payments are $100 or $1000 for wire payments. Any affiliate who doesn't make the minimum, will be carried over until the minimum has been reached unless payment has been requested. A wire sent  under $1000 will incur a $30 fee, wires above $1000 are free. We will never deduct any orders from your sales, for returns, refunds, charge backs etc. We pay all these from our own pockets. The commission rates are 30% of the total sales amount and 10% of all your referrals sales. We place a non expiring cookie on your customers computer so you also get credited for all reorders.

Customers

Customers who purchase products and services through an Affiliate will be deemed to be customers of GENBUCKS. Accordingly, all GENBUCKS rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers.  We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.  Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time.  GENBUCKS policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.

Termination

GENBUCKS reserves the right not to accept any site or person into the Affiliate Program based on any reason we choose.  We also have the right to terminate any Affiliate we choose for whatever reason.  In such circumstances the affiliate will be paid up to the date of account cancellation, unless they were committing fraud, and in that case there details will be passed to appropriate Authorities, and all earnings voided.

Relationship of Parties

GENBUCKS and the affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.  You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.  You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.

No Warranties

GENBUCKS makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the affiliate program.  GENBUCKS is not be responsible for damages suffered by any customer, including incidental damages or lost profits.  This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, misdeliveries, system failures or service interruptions caused by any source whatsoever.  GENBUCKS makes no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.  All content in the GENBUCKS software and affiliate program is provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, security or accuracy.
